Life will knock you flat. Sometimes harder than you expect.
But bounce back is a muscle. And like any muscle, it only grows when used. That’s how resilience is built.
When you slip, don’t “start tomorrow”. Start in the next 10 minutes.
Because every wasted day in self-pity is fuel you could have turned into a fire.
