Winding down

The weekend is winding down and we made it back home from Jellystone, what a fun time with the family. Feeling it a bit, but a bike ride took my mind off of things, clearing my head with some exercise.

I had to stop and take a picture of this sign, it is right behind our house and these properties actually butt right up to our fence. My hopes is nobody buys them and the lot sits empty as it has since we moved here.

I think ‘barndominuims’ would clash with the classic style and nice home look and feel our neighborhood has. Seems like maybe not the right place for them, the traditional home style would be better in my opinion.

The price must be a bit higher than the economy is willing to pay however, there has been no traction, interest or anything happening back there other than mowing the weeds maybe once a month.

That’s OK, take your time, we are not really excited to have new neighbors tot he east of us anyways…

WoW (Words of Wisdom): Day 5 –  How to start truly meeting your needs

Aside from your own basic security, your needs are to be nourished, to sleep well, to live in a clean environment, to dress appropriately, and to allow yourself to feel what you feel without judgment or suppression.

You are going to feel far more willing to exercise if you got a good night’s sleep. You are going to feel much better about work if you don’t have to sit there with an ongoing backache and instead seek out a professional who can help you with your posture or chiropractic care or massage. You are going to enjoy spending time in your home if your home is organized and meaningful to you.

You are going to feel better about yourself each day if you take the time to put yourself together with care.

These things are not little things; they are big things. You just can’t see it because their impact is that you do them every day.
