I have been riding my bike and I really enjoy it, the thing is you have to get out early before it gets too hot to function without sweating like a banshee.
I have been doing a 2.58 mile look around the neighborhood down to the farmhouse and then back up road 17 on the bike path to home.
It does not sound like much, but man – it gets my hear pumping, and the sweat a pouring too! A great workout! I love it!!!
Next week I am going to go back to the gym like normal, Mon-Wed-Fri and then do a bike ride on Tue-Thu. That will make for a hell of a weekly workout.
Should see those pounds to start to really fall off!
Lisa and I have both been seeing a consistent drop in our weight, things are moving in the right direction. (No more cheat meals and I will be good)
We are 7 weeks into a 12 week program and I think it is looking very good, big success and continued weight loss after we are done. We have really changed the way we eat and the way we look at food.
My favorite word: SUCCESS!
