We made it to our new home for the next week, Boyd Lake. This is my Mobile Command Center, so I can work from the RV this week. Turned out pretty good and really, I have all I need to work like a pro!
Lisa is back to work today so we got the truck for her, that will be our run-around-vehicle for the week. It is nice to have wheels other than the RV to cruise here and there…
The house is looking awesome, we spent a couple hours there yesterday doing laundry, and stretching our legs for a bit. Stella loved having her own back yard back. even if it was only for a little while!
I can’t wait until the floors are done, and with taking to the contractor – they are going to move everything back in for us, probably on Saturday. Then they will start on the stairs, the stairway will be taped off and segregated from the finished wood on the main floor to contain dust and fumes.
We are hoping to move back in then!
It has been a long vacation/journey and the motorhome has really proved itself, it is nothing short of perfect!!! Going to be a hot week, so fingers crossed on that air conditioning!
