Look at this beautiful woman I found at Black Bear Diner, she was sitting there patiently waiting to have dinner. Hopefully she shares her table with me!
We decided to check it out, the new ‘Johnson’s Corner’ Restaurant. We should have known by the number of cars in the parking lot, but we roughed it and endured the 30 minute wait.
I think they have only been open a week or so, the staff was pretty unexperienced, or i guess I should not say that – maybe just not in tune with the operations of the place.
The remodel of the place was fantastic, it was kinda the same but new, improved and CLEAN. (Something it has really never been) It always had the dirty truckstop vibe.
The waitress was nice, friendly and attentive, food took a minute to come out, but it was good! Worth the wait!
All in all, you should try it – we WILL go back, maybe in a few weeks after they workout the growing pains! I want to try breakfast there!!
