Lisa was on point today with this massive salad, yum!!! It has all the good stuff you would love, and more… I think they only thing missing is radishes and mushrooms!
Everything else is there!
I grilled up some chicken, she made the salad and we all had an excellent dinner!
Love it!
The weather has been pretty cold and rainy, so getting the grill going and up to temp can be a little challenging, but if you keep pushing it and have the patience to wait, it can happen!
A wonderful meal pops off the smoker every time!
I am ready for some warmer weather, and sunshine – looks like it is coming later in the week, I see highs over the weekend up to 85 degrees!
