The yard is ready, just got it all dethatched, power-raked and aerated. And what perfect timing, there is some rain/snow (Really just going to be slush) coming in for the next couple days! Perfect!
We will take all the moisture we can get! The front lawn is dialed it! I did the sprinkler work myself and I am pretty proud of it. Great coverage (Even with 14 heads on one zone) and all heads are working well!
Whoever designed the front yard went a little crazy with a single zone, it really should have 2 zones, or maybe even just about half the number of heads.
Anyways, she is working now – and our front yard is one of the greenest in the neighborhood. There is about 4 of us that have been working on the lawn already, and it shows!
My next job it to tone down the sprinklers out back and get the watering down to a science with less total minutes of use!
I do not want those $500 water bills this year!
