My breakfast

This is my favorite part of my breakfast, I love oranges! The two hard boiled eggs that go with it, not my favorite. Bleck.

I stick to it most of the week, or as long as we have fresh fruit. And with the price of eggs, sheesh – Might have to cut it back to one egg – ha ha!

Good thing is it’s working, I am down 12 pounds, and I am working for at least another 12 – and then some. I am going to see how far I can push myself but I would love to get back to 225lbs.

(Ahhh, the good ole days)

If this fricking cold and snow ever goes away and I can get out on the bike, that will help ALOT in my weight loss journey!

Right now I lift some hand weights, do some curls and presses, not much really. I need cardio to burn fat and I love riding my bike!

But the good news is, I have not had any alcohol this year, not a drop.

Probably one of the best decisions I have made for myself and well, I am sticking to it.
