New Picture

Check this out! I am very excited about this, ‘The United States Frequency Allocations – The Radio Spectrum’.

I bought the poster on Amazon, Lisa picked up the $80 frame from Hobby Lobby (50% off) and I mounted it in the frame.

The poster was in a tiny tube rolled tighter than you can imagine, I had to get it out, flatten it out and try to get it as flat, clean, straight as I could before mounting it in the frame.

Took me about 45 minutes to complete but the finished product is awesome. This is all the stuff that is in the airwaves you ‘breathe’ in the United states, I am licensed to broadcast in two tiny little green sections on the spectrum.

Wow, there is so much ‘noise’ out there, really interesting stuff. I believe you can tune in and listen to anything on this spectrum legally.

Investigated, YES you can:

Yes, in the United States, it is generally legal to listen to anything broadcasted on the radio spectrum, including over-the-air radio and television broadcasts, as long as you are not intentionally intercepting private or restricted communications like police radio without authorization; the FCC regulates radio usage and allows for public access to most broadcast signals.

Hmmm, what do you want to listen to today?

Funniest thing I have done is you can tune into the fast food restaurants and listen to them ‘talking to the speaker’ taking orders and talking to customers.
