Went out today to buy a new snow shovel, it has been a LONG time and my current one is cracked, shipped, broken, and ready to bust into pieces.
I ran into Ace in Johnstown, talked to a couple employees there and we all jokingly played with all the shovels they had in stock.
I almost picked a very wide like two-handed shovel, then we found this one – of course the most expensive shovel they had.
Played, with it, looked ant the construction and the width, and bought it.
What does a ‘good’ snow shovel cost in 2025? $67.00!
Holy cow, that is what I said! This think is 32 inches wide, almost double what my old one was, but the blade is made from like Lexan instead of plastic so it should last and last!
(Oh yeah, came with a wall mount bracket on the handle too – very cool!)
We will see, the snow is coming!!!
