I cooked some of our favorite steaks and had two lobsters that I forgot about and left them in the fridge, uncooked. dammit! Steak and no lobster for dinner, but today for lunch – steak and TWO lobsters!
Had to cook them before they went bad, and man – they were excellent!
It has been a long while since I have cooked a lobster, but sheesh… It was easy. Get the water to hard biol, throw them in for 8 minutes, set the timer and then shut it all down.
Pulled them out until they were cool enough to touch and cut open, and BAMN! We got a hell of a lunch! (Or I do!)
Lisa does not eat any seafood, so these were both originally slated for me, and I ate them both, oh yeah!!! they were just little cheap ones the butcher had one sale, I am going to look for some big expensive ones for next time!
