I grabbed Rori on my way home tonight so Nik can do Tele-Health uninterrupted for a few hours. We got to the house and I grabbed the remote to hit YouTube and she asked me to ‘play that one’. It was Paw Patrol.
She was immediately in a trance and watched it with all of her attention. I snuck a couple ‘ghost toasts’ on the table beside her for a snack and she loved it.
Got her a bottle of juice and she was set for some cartoon time!
When a commercial came on (Yeah I hate that YouTube) she asked me:
“Papa will you order those for me?”
She wants the little set of all the Paw Patrol people, it melted my heart.
Amazon, same day delivery – OK! (But I think I will save it for a Christmas present!)
