Rainbow

I caught part of a rainbow this afternoon as the rain came in. Looks like it was raining super hard to the very left of it and blocked out the rest.

Our yard is loving the rain, thank god. The water bill here is crazy – we have 1/2 acre of land that is very nicely landscaped with 12 zones of sprinkler system that LOVES water!

I have been trying to dial it in and save a little money, but then he grass suffers. and I have a front yard that is only ONE zone with 14 heads that just cant cut it. Planning on breaking that into two 7 head zones eventually to cut down on the hand watering.

We are enjoying it, learning the property and really digging all the landscape and plants! It is a lot of work, but it is fun work to maintain landscape.

Well except PULLING WEEDS! (That is Lisa’s favorite thing to do!) NOT!!! Pretty soon we will be complaining about snow! This place WILL require a snow blower!!
