OK, I am a big watcher of all the videos and recipes that flow across Facebook… I have tried several over the years too. Usually they are good and fun to make.
I ran across this one ‘Marry me chicken’ and loving chicken, but always looking for a new way to make it I gave it a try!
It was incredible, Lisa and I really enjoyed it and she gave me the two thumbs up!
Almost looks like a professional meal, great picture for sure!
Lisa does not like sun dried tomatoes so I substituted a chopped up red pepper in it’s place, good move for sure!
Love it, it was fun, tasted great and will be a new addition to our regular meals! I need to do this more often, maybe Fridays will be a ‘Facebook meal day’ – we will see!!!
