Alright, we are done! Now it is time to wait for them to sprout! They have a perfect spot in the basement right by the furnace (Which really does not run a whole lot since it is getting warmer) with 12 hours a day of simulated sunlight!
I am running the light at about 25% of it’s capacity to get them started, I might need to turn it up to 50% once they sprout!
It is so nice to be on this side of the cold month, I cannot wait for long, hot summer days, going out to the garden to pick a hot pepper for dinner… Ahhh! Love it!
I have a feeling this is going to be our best garden ever! We have a ton of real-estate to plant and GOOD SOIL! No more sand like the farm had, things WILL grow here for sure!!!
PLUS the back yard, sheeesh! I fertilized it and man, it almost killed me – a lot of walking and pushing! But hey, it is done!
Going to be an ACTIVE summer!
