This is one of my favorite features of the new house, SOLAR POWER! I have always dreamed of having it, and man at the Farm, I really could of used it – our last electricity bill was $333.00 – OUCH!
This shows us running 100% off our solar panels, and making a little bit of money as we export the excess energy back out to the grid!
Love it!
I am told the electricity bill here is $42 per month, and this just mostly consists of fees and charges from United Power to manage our system. I am OK with that!
You can watch and monitor it, and look at the difference when you turn off a TV and a couple of lights. The usage goes down and the export to he grid goes up!!!
I think Johnstown and Pioneer ridge did a great thing getting solar on most all of the houses out here – I wished I had done it years ago!
