I signed up for ButcherBox, a monthly shipment of MEAT! Yeah baby, got my first box today and I have to say I am impressed!
We cooked two sirloin steaks on the Traeger and they were delicious!
Seems like I have had a hard time getting good meat from the grocery store, pretty hit and miss. Sometimes it is OK, sometimes it is good and other times it is crap. Either no flavor or fatty to the point it is hard to eat.
I think we are going to like this!
Hmm what is for dinner tomorrow?
Going to have to hit the store up to get some veggies and bread! Ha ha! Now that is different!
