I am one for snacking, maybe a little OTOO much but hey, we are working on that – my 2024 goal is to lose some weight and get in shape.

Cut back on the sugar, salt and flour – the three evil white powders!
So far this year things are looking good, but just because I am doing the ‘dry January’ does not mean you can eat WHATEVER you want, need to throttle back the calories to lose weight.
