Lisa and I love a little turkey dinner we used to get some Schwann’s, but since they have gone away and no longer work in Colorado, those days are gone! Dammit!
It was so quick and easy too, 65 minutes in the oven, then it was dinner time!
I tried to recreate it with stuff I can get off the shelf at King Soopers. It came out pretty good, tasted great and was a perfect dinner, just a little more work.
And everything was microwaved. I know, I know, but hey – cooking for 2 people? Incredibly easy and I know what Lisa likes so I can hit it perfect every time!
Going to be different for sure, the kids used to eat with us a lot and I enjoy cooking for everyone, but scaling it back to just two people?
I need to get some practice in and learn PORTIONS for TWO!!!
