OK the barn was an easy outlet change and man, this thing charges up in a few hours vs a few days on 110 volt…
Win win for sure!
The garage I wired it all up and nothing… We called Brandon (A master electrician) for help, but I figured it out before he got there. It is the bottom left breaker in the picture and the wired were on each side – some kind of a wierd 3 wire breaker.
I moved the top load wire down one slot and just like that – I have working 220 V in the garage.
The plug is right where it needs to be to charge the car, 100% perfect fit!
SUCCESS!
Now I need to clean the garage so it can hold both the Corvette and the Cadillac.
Chevrolet all the way baby!
