Natalie’s wood burning stove, installed and not quite ready to burn. We did a small test fire after they installed it then I really got to looking at their work and it just was not right.
I had it installed by a professional company but something was just missing.
They used double wall venting, where mine is triple wall and they did not leave any clearance going through the wall.
Called them back and they consulted and agreed with what I told them. They are coming back to fix it properly and refunding my money.
All and all a great company, and he was quite embarrassed when I mentioned what was wrong.
I remember because Dave (Lisa’s Dad) and I installed ours.
He was overly careful and did everything to code to make sure our house and us were safe.
Next week they are coming back to redo this and make it right!
