Well it looks like that is it, I thought I would get more miles in this month but I wound up exactly at 70 miles again!

That is a little bit of bike riding! Wow! I am shooting for 90 miles next month, we will see! Hopefully the weather will hold out!
I love that it is a little cooler now, makes it much easier to get out there and sweat than being in the upper 90’s for sure!
140 miles on the bike, I am impressed!
When it turns cold I will have to resort to the stationary bike, but man – it is boring to not go any where and just pedal in place. We will see…
