Pretty cool little tool Jaryd had, he brought out some of his home made ‘Mead’ and we sampled it.
18.5% alcohol so one small half of a glass mixed with soda water is all I had. It was OK, kinda weird but it did ‘let you know’ that you had drank it!
We tested my old batch of beer, it was 8.5%, and test a Michelob ultra 5%, right on the nose!
Pretty accurate, I need to get one of these to test my home brews. Much easier than measuring density with a hydrometer and calculating it.
