Well my wood splitting is going good, I am happy to be getting a head start on it for the first time ever! Starting to look very ‘fall’ like around the farm.
I cannot believe August is just about over, damn. Where did the month go? Where did the summer go? Better yet – WHERE DID THE YEAR GO?
Seems like everything is flying by so fast, I need to slow down and smell the coffee!!
I am in no way ready for winter, I can handle some cooler, Indian summer days but snow and cold, no thanks!
I think we are in for a tough one too, the Farmer’s almanac even says so too… Look out! I need to stock up on gas and diesel incase of a power outage too!
Note to self: Get the generator out, fill up the tank and give it a test now!
