Look at us, lookin’ good in Westcliff Colorado. We saw the pretty mountain backdrop and had to stop to snap a quick photo.
The southern rocky mountains are a bit different, definitely much smaller and kind of a different terrain. Still beautiful but different.
This is about 3 and a half hours away from our house, we had to come done for Scott’s funeral. It was a beautiful drive, a nice funeral service and good to see all of his family. Sad, very sad though.
And then turning around and driving 3 and a half hours home again, brutal.
Seems like we hit all the traffic, all the delays and pretty much any interruption in flow that you chould think of.
By the time we got back home we were all pooped!
