Bike Ride

I guess I should have put a little more explanation in yesterdays post. I am excited about the new bike rack because now I can load my bike up, drive a mile down the road to the bike trail and ride from there.

No more dirt road washboards!

I started riding 4 miles a day, then have moved up to 5. Lately I have been pushing it all the way to firestone, road 18 and back – making it 5.83 miles…

It has been a huge improvement to my health, at first I could barely do 4 miles, and it felt like my heart and lungs were ready to jump out of my chest.

Now I feel good, I get tired by the end but it is kind of a thing I have to do EVERYDAY if I can.

My goal is to get 4-5 days of riding in each week! Get this old aging body back in shape!!!
