{"id":66,"date":"2023-07-09T07:53:50","date_gmt":"2023-07-09T13:53:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebrookers.com\/blog\/?p=66"},"modified":"2023-07-14T08:08:11","modified_gmt":"2023-07-14T14:08:11","slug":"tidy-up-the-cables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebrookers.com\/blog\/2023\/07\/09\/tidy-up-the-cables\/","title":{"rendered":"Tidy up the cables"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I got some motivation today and cleaned up some cables, since they were running straight down the wall I figure they better look good, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am a pretty lefty\/righty guy, everything on each side has to be balanced, neat and symmetrical &#8211; but going big and running it all down the middle all velcro&#8217;d together &#8211; that just looks good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And Starlink, they have some very special and proprietary cables so they have to run up the wall, up high where I mounted the wireless router.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is about 6 1\/2 or 7 foot high, keeping all the wireless and RF signals over my head!  Better than blasting through me across the room and across the house!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And being up high, eliminates a lot of the things that would interfere with wireless signals.  Good for all and better reception for all of the devices!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I need to finish it up with a 5&#8242; piece of wire loom to keep them all shielded and hidden&#8230;  that is next!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I got some motivation today and cleaned up some cables, since they were running straight down the wall I figure they better look good, right?
