I am loving it &#8211; takes a a minute to get used to but once you figure it out you can turn out some pretty good dinners off this bad boy for sure!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have done it all (I am sure Lisa is getting tired of BBQ) Chicken, Pork, Beef, Sausage&#8230;  the list keeps growing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I need to do some ribs, although it is hard to beat her oven-cooked BBQ ribs, they are always so delicious!  I will give it a shot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking of competitions, we are going to a chili cook-off and we are taking our best pots of chili &#8211; I am making a pot of green chili (Pork cooked on the BGE) and Lisa is making a pot of her famous Red chili (Hopefully with a side of cinnamon rolls).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will see how we match up against the competition, I know Josh is making something &#8211; he *WILL BE* the competition for sure!
