I had to get a Vacuum sealer to use my new Sous Vide that Natalie and Jake bought me!  I love it, thank you so much!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now *MAYBE* I can cook like a professional?  We will see!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So far I have sealed everything I can find, this is a small sealed lunch &#8211; 2 crackers and some hot sauce &#8211; perfect for any emergency situation where you might need a quick meal.  I think I am going to keep it in my truck!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I tried it to cook 2 hard boiled eggs &#8211; I read that they are the best and so easy to peel.  165 degrees for 20 minutes and they were ready.  They peeled ok and were delicious, but hey &#8211; I can do this in only 7 minutes on the stove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tasty experiment and my first run at learning this new technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Josh and Nik got me some awesome pizza stones that I want to try out and make some homemade pizza &#8211; my own dough and everything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Food food food!
