Everyday, I practice, and stitch a few hats.  I usually start with the ole &#8220;Trucker style&#8221; hats to test the design, see how it will look, and kinda get a dry run before moving on to regular hats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have got the positioning down and can hit dead center every time, really the seam helps whit that aspect of it, but the secret is: Hard needle, slow stitching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I turn my machine all the way down to 300, I wish it would go down lower, like 200 would be ideal &#8211; but 300 is as slow as I can go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have some titanium 14 gauge needles and they are solid a s a rock, but I have still managed to break some of them unfortunalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learning, learning, learning!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What do they say, if you&#8217;re not learning something, you&#8217;re standing still?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am stumbling forward every day!  Ha ha!  I still say embroidering is one of the hardest things I have ever learned, and hats?
