I spent an hour on the phone with Ricoma, in a Facetime session as one of their techs walked me through some set up and adjustments to my machine to get it to center and run better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Did you know there is a front and back side to a needle? Yeah, neither did I. I had three of my needles in backwards. A quick and easy fix, but damn – what a difference it made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By the time we were done, I had learned a ton of ‘valuable information’, tips & tricks, and had my machine running like brand new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oh wait, it is brand new… Anyways. A great learning day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kind of reminds me of learning how to 3D print, my first prints every looked like “Spider Puke” – but look at them now! Practice makes perfect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
