I feel I will be spending A LOT of time out here in the upcoming months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am working with Ricoma on a slight issue with the new machine, I think something might have got bumped or jarred out of place during shipping that is affecting the Y-Axis alignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is close but &#8216;just not right&#8217;.  I have a very experienced support engineer assigned to my case and she is working with me to get this issue resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have exchanged many emails, photos and videos of the issue. I think we will have it resolved very quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am looking forward to getting started and creating a business for Lisa and I that will be my fall back income for retirement.  Sit in the garage and sew, who woulda thought?
