It had been fine for the last 100 years, today no go. So I ordered a new one from Amazon and it was here before noon.  Nice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I had bought some cheap replacements and removed the old cones.  The new ones did not seem to fit 100% right (Imagine that)&#8230; It seemed like the diameter of the cone was slightly Smaller than the diameter of the magnet so they did not really slide down like you would think they should.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I managed to get them in and tightened back down, but they just did not seem right.  Closed the cases all back up, put the covers back on and took them downstairs to test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">they worked and you could hear the tweeters now, but they were very faint and quiet.
