Today we said bye to MRC Metabolic Research Center, it was a hard goodbye, but the price we were paying really just did not make sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We had a good coach and we both did lose 20 pounds over the 3-month period, but the cost – I will not tell you what those 3 months cost us. Wow!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We bought the cook book from them, they have many recipes online, and we have ‘learned’ their program. The only thing we are now missing is their expensive supplements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lisa used a new ‘secret tool’ to help get us on-track with out own plan. We shall call it the “TaLi research Center”<\/strong>. She used ChatGPT and a picture of each supplements ingredients to get us ‘cheaper alternatives’ of the goods!<\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition we stopped at Natural Grocers and a very intelligent and helpful lady “Cat” helped us get everything we needed to replace MRC’s supplements with cheaper alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are off, saving money and still on our plan to weight-loss and success!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n WoW (Words of Wisdom): Day 69 \u2013 The mirror test<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Each morning, look in the mirror and ask:
