It filled the pot on the stove to the top, and filled the crock-pot up pretty good too when it was all said and done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a recipe from our Metabolic Research Center&#8217;s web page and man, I really love it.  If it is healthy, and delicious &#8211; why not?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only got a couple little bowls from this batch and Lisa hated it.  It was &#8216;too hot&#8217;. I know she does not like hot stuff so I did not put a single jalapeno in it, or no diced jalapenos in it to keep it mild.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are all still setting on the counter. I thought it was a huge set back to the flavor of it, but who am I?
