It is a little bit chilly but they have the haters going to keep us all nice and warm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wednesday is our &#8216;Go out to eat night&#8217; pretty much on a regular basis, after soccer practice, Tyler, Kelly and Charlotte join us and we all find a decent place for dinner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Always a good time, and a nice mid-week break!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every other night Lisa and I are at home adhering to our diet, and working hard to drop those extra pounds we need to!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are losing weight and losing inches, so I guess that is movement in the right direction. It can be tough, and sometimes it is nice to have a little more fun and eat some things you shouldn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next day though, you have to work twice as hard to get caught back up!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dammit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WoW (Words of Wisdom): Day 28 \u2013 Body Health<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are a few tips to help you get the best from your body every day:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prioritize Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep by establishing a consistent bedtime routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Move Your Body: Incorporate regular, enjoyable physical activities like dancing or hiking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Practice Mindfulness: Incorporate mindfulness practices like meditation to reduce stress and bring clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nourish Your Body: Practice mindful eating and ensure protein is part of every meal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bubby is having a good time at PF Chang&#8217;s outside on the patio.
