Lisa booked us a spot at Wilson Lak and we headed there to the campground for the night.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will be a quick easy driving into KC in the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By the time we got to the lake, approximately 43 more miles down the road and about 7 miles off the highway &#8211; they weather had straightened up and calmed down quite a bit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lake was beautiful and really made us wish we had a boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I tried to talk Lisa into going down to the marina to buy a bot, but that did not really fly well with her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This trip, we will enjoy the lake from the shore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We walked the shore wit Stella and she enjoyed it too, she was barking at the waves as they came into shore, it was funny!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Going to be a short overnight stay, but we are having a blast already!
