Beautiful blue sky, beautiful flags, just a good feeling as you walk out sweaty and tired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I try to go to the gym every other day and hit a minimum of three times per week, I think I am going to bump it up one more day to help lose a little more weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have been going since April this year and I tell you, it does work.  I remember day one I had a hard time walking up the steps to the second story where they gym is.  Ha ha, out of breath and tired before I even started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I designed my own workout plan to target the areas of my body that need improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That was easy, EVERYTHING!  Ha ha!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I do a bot of cardio, several weight machines that target the mid section, then work on my arms and upper body, and finish it up with some &#8216;standard&#8217; walking around the indoor track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All in all, I feel good when I leave, the daily improvements are small, but they are real, and you can feel them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Success!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is my view walking out of the gym every day, kinda caught my eye and felt majestic.
