{"id":2360,"date":"2025-06-06T09:37:25","date_gmt":"2025-06-06T15:37:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebrookers.com\/blog\/?p=2360"},"modified":"2025-06-09T09:44:18","modified_gmt":"2025-06-09T15:44:18","slug":"fresh-flowers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebrookers.com\/blog\/2025\/06\/06\/fresh-flowers\/","title":{"rendered":"Fresh Flowers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lisa loves fresh cut flowers in the house and today she did not have to go far, she picked these from our garden&#8230; If that is what you call it, they are planted all around the back yard by the fence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So &#8216;locally grown&#8217; fresh flowers for sure!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The previous owners did an amazing job on the landscaping and layout of our property, but damn.  We are finding it is a bit of work to keep everything growing and going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And the things you DON&#8217;T want to grow, grow faster and stronger than anything else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damn weeds!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hired &#8220;The weed man&#8217; for the summer to spray for weeds and fertilize our yard every month.  They have been out once and wow, what a difference.
