Now that it is warming up and the sun is going to be scorching soon, I figured I had better fix it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Everything looked good, tried a couple manual runs, still no go.  So I had to remove some old one foot fence around this flower bed, trim some weeds, and dig out the three sprinkler boxes for the back yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traced down the &#8216;green&#8217; wire for zone 10 and found a very loose and bad wire-nut with 3 wires.  And the exciting part, since the zone was currently running &#8211; I got to experience 24vdc resulting in a big jump and a &#8216;holy shit&#8217;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turned it all off to cut and repair the wires, a clean splice, new wire-nut and bamn!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are pumping water to the garden now!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yeah baby, successful day &#8211; took a bit longer than I thought, but hey, she is fixed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zone 10 on my sprinkler system was not turning on, with all the rain we have had recently &#8211; no big deal.
