Wow!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I guess at Costco and Sam&#8217;s they are flying off the shelfs in huge volumes, people are hoarding eggs of all things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My diet consists of two hard boiled eggs every morning, so I do consume a few for sure &#8211; but nothing crazy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They say two boiled eggs, some yogurt, and some granola is a healthy breakfast to start the day. Meh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That seems like an appetizer for me.  I am always hungry afterwards, still, if I add an apple or orange that helps a bit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am trying, the weight loss journey is underway, unimpressive at this point &#8211; but MOVING in the right direction for sure!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I did a little shopping today, and of course needed eggs&#8230; I was a bit floored at the price &#8211; Highest I have EVER seen in my life.
