If you run a licensed node you must be a licensed Amateur Radio operator and the node gets named your call sign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am getting it dialed in and you will see it on meshmap.net as one of the two nodes in Johnstown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is: Hockey2 and KC0TAD<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hockey2 is super stable and always on, I have not got mine ironed out 100% yet &#8211; but I am getting there! (Keep checking, you will see it!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is amazing how far these little guys can talk, I took one to work and sent a message from my office in Aurora and it got through the mesh network back to my house in Johnstown, really very quickly &amp; easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using no internet, no commercial services, no cell signal, just old fashioned RF (Radio Frequency) &#8211; 100% legal, 100% free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kinda makes you think about all the kinds of emergency communications you could do with these things if you wanted too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hmmmm, super secret, spy mode, ideas&#8230;  And yes you can encrypt your data &#8211; so only the node you are sending it to can ready it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Secret code too!
