We were in the south end of town and decided to try La Mariposa again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have been going there for 30 years and at the old location it was fantastic, our favorite.  We went once when they moved to the new place and it was tryign to be fancy, expensive and not good.  Never been back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today we found the menu had all of our old favorite combination plates, which we both chose and the food was actually back to the way it used to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We both enjoyed it and were glad we gave it a second chance, I think we might work this back into one of our regular place to visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After cruising all over the gulf of mexico and trying &#8216;Mexican&#8217; food in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Costa Maya Mexico, Harvest Caye Belize, Rotan bay islands Honduras\u00a0and Cozumel Mexico<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Longmont Colorado has some pretty damn good MEXICAN FOOD!!!\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lisa and I were out finishing up some last minute shopping for the holiday and you know me, as always I was starving.
