Check out our new flag, I think it looks very Majestic and makes our front yard look great! It is a BIG one, 4′ x 6′ and flies proud out front!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There was a smaller 3′ x 4′ American flag here when we moved in, I replaced it with a Colorado flag for a few months and it was pretty much destroyed and hanging by the grommet – barely!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new flag was expensive, and is good quality – I am hoping it will last a year or so! I got the flag pole all the way up too, there was a broken stop on it so I had to replace it with a bolt, a 30 minute job and we are good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now I need to find a place to take the old flag to get disposed of properly. Lisa said the American legion should be able to do it for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Going to have to look around ad find a place, for now the old flag is safe in the packaging from the new flag waiting in the garage…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next thing is to replace the solar light at the top and get it correctly luminated!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
