Dang, 7 days.  I am trying to be good, drink less, exercise more, lose this giant beer belly &amp; be healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am going to do it though, time, patience and determination.  You got this!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the Broncos played today and man it was a pretty good game.  I like the excitement Nix has brought to the game &#8211; unfortunately they did not play him today &#8211; last pre-season game, you sit out and be safe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Denver 3 &#8211; 0 for the preseason!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chiefs 0 &#8211; 3 sorry Mahomes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think we have a football team this year and I am really looking forward to football season!  Just like that third cutting, football starting is a sure sign of fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here we go!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today I had my First cold beer since my birthday.
