{"id":1256,"date":"2024-07-19T05:31:27","date_gmt":"2024-07-19T11:31:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebrookers.com\/blog\/?p=1256"},"modified":"2024-07-21T05:36:49","modified_gmt":"2024-07-21T11:36:49","slug":"hibiscus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebrookers.com\/blog\/2024\/07\/19\/hibiscus\/","title":{"rendered":"Hibiscus"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will be a new addition to our yard next year (Probably to late in the season to start some now) but Lisa really likes the Hibiscus flowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The best time to plant hibiscus depends on the season and type of hibiscus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spring<\/strong> The soil is warmer, which encourages hibiscus plants to grow and bloom.\u00a0You can plant perennial hibiscus in the spring so it has a full growing season to establish its root system.\u00a0You can also root hibiscus from a cutting in the spring.\u00a0If you want to grow hibiscus from seed, you can sow them indoors 12 weeks before the last spring frost date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Looks like that sums it up!
