We will see how it will turn out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We get our meat from ButcherBox and they tend to be a bit smaller, perfect for Lisa and I &#8211; a 2.6 lb brisket will be perfect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There will be leftovers but that is OK, lunch for the next day too?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yeah baby!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am really enjoying my new tiny Treager, it is portable, if you can lift an 80 pound box, sheesh it is heavy.  But it folds up and latches in a case &#8211; perfect for smaller meals!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It went to Jellystone with us in the RV, but never came out.
