Lisa and I were out running around with Nik & Rori today, had a great time and needed to stop for some lunch! Went to The Cracker Barrell and it was so packed, a 40 minute wait – ahhh, no way. We left and drove around the corner to Chili’s, got right in, sat in the bar area and enjoyed a great lunch!
Rori loved her fries and dip dip in ketchup (Her favorite thing to do!) I had some chicken strip and shared why the table, keeping two of them to take home for Peanut and Stella – a special treat!
We dropped the kids off at home and headed back to the farm.
Ran the car the lowest it has ever been – the low fuel light came on with only 20 miles left. Doh! Better charge this thing! Ha ha! It is my bad, I drove it to work, put it in the garage and neglected to plug it in.
It is all good, we made it home easily and she is plugged in. that means it will be an entire $2.52 to fill it up over night! Another 300+ miles… OK
I think those who complain about electric cars, just have never drove one. Yeah, me – that WAS me… I am onboard now!
Kinda been looking at the new Electric Delorean – mamma tells me that is a BIG NO though!
Dammit!
