And I tell you what, you could feel it. You go outside for even a minute and you need a BIG coat, Hat and Gloves or you freeze instantly!
When I got up I looked outa nd noticed the heat lamp in the goats barn was off, I was like dammit – what did they do, tear it down? I dressed up, went out there and it was plugged in and hanging like it wass supposed to be.
The bulb burned out.
Coldest night of the year and the bulb burned out! It was on last night about 5pm when I went out to feed and water them. Just my luck!
They were cold, but OK. Tough little guys!
Popped a new bulb in and they are back in business, heated luxury in the pen!
