Man we saw this graphic at the doctors office the other day, really opens your eyes to how bad things have gone downhill over the years.

As the doctor always says: Diet and Exercise, that is what you really need to monitor and maintain.

Same story today, lose weight, get in shape and exercise.

Dammmn…

2.5 miles a day walking, OK that is ‘achievable’ but in this cold ass weather?  Blah!

I walk a lot at work, but adding ½ hour a day I am going to need to hit the treadmill, and the spare room out there is COLD!

Going to clean it up, get some heat in there and make it a daily goal to hit my ½ hour walking!  I do not think it will make 2.5 miles, but as I practice and speed it up a bit, we can do it!

I think right now I am at a 16 minute mile, need to step it up for sure!

Faster Faster Faster! (Or Longer, Harder, Faster – that just sound dirty!)  Ha ha!
